What We Do

THEBA offers a range of services for young women to develop skills that will enable them to live independently and to make informed choices about their lives.

Women are unique individuals and THEBA is interested in the issues that women are experiencing. THEBA develops creative and inclusive projects, programs and activities that encourage women to be all that they can be.

All programs have eligibility and conditions. We encourage you to refer to the Program Conditions and think about whether the program meet your needs.

Outreach Support
Women may benefit from having contact with a skilled worker to discuss aspects of their lives that they require further information, support or advocacy. Areas we commonly resource women with are in managing finances, returning to studies or wanting to change life direction, creating a support network, arranging a manageable life and where to access as women’s health and counselling services.

Application Process
Ring the office and enquire about vacancies in the programs. After giving some initial information and asking any questions you have, the worker will arrange a brief phone interview. You may be sent an application package and information to consider and apply. It usually takes about 2 weeks to respond to your application.
