Model & Stucture

MODEL OF SERVICE

THEBA provides subsidised, secure, medium-long term accommodation to young Women without dependent children between the ages of 18 and 25. Young Women share households according to the design of the properties in either 2 or 3 share households.

Medium-long term share housing is backed up with extensive, negotiable and self determined support. The focus of the support is the development and attainment of goals identified in the assessment process and subsequent case management support meetings.

Using a support plan clients work with a Resource Support Worker to develop and implement an individual support plan, which determine the appropriate period of stay and provide opportunities to practice skills for independent living
